What is coaching? 

  • I will never shame you or make you feel guilty for not completing your goals; however, I will hold you to your goals and be direct with my feedback at a level that I assess is appropriate for our coaching relationship.

  • Coaching is working from the present and looking towards the future.

  • Gaining self-awareness, clarity, and perspective in setting goals.

  • Understanding the process for goal setting, success, and making those goals stick.

  • Increasing self-esteem, self-confidence, and being okay with who you are.

  • Breaking down destructive behaviors, beliefs, and patterns.    

  • Creating stronger sense of commitment, willpower, and ownership. 

  • Reaching for an authentic and purpose-driven life.

What coaching is not.

Although coaching has some therapeutic aspects to it, it is not working on past issues, diagnosis, or diagnosing current behaviors.  

Coaching may also have the feel of consulting at times; however, a coach does not tell you what to do or how to do it.

I specialize in men's issues on an individual basis or group settings. Often times men can feel stuck with insecurities and lack of confidence. I help you to set goals and assist you in reaching them.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes in length and are often done over the phone or virtual.  

 Individual sessions can also be held in coffee shops, restaurants, outside in nature or any environment that feels comfortable for a client to work on their goals and focus on moving forward.

For those individuals that would like to come to my office, I have morning, afternoon, and evening appointment times. In some cases I have weekend availability.

I also offer neurofeedback (NFB) in conjunction with each coaching session. This brain training system optimizes brain functioning to alleviate stress and enhance performance. Combining coaching with NFB offers the unconscious and conscious processing to work cohesively thus enriching the coaching experience.

Groups sessions are client guided and provide a safe place for men to openly share their needs in order to grow in the areas most helpful for their success.   These groups offer life skills opportunities that can range from career development, relationships, and what it means to be a man in today's world. Details for group fees and times will be shared as groups are scheduled.

Fees For Individual Sessions

*Each 50 minute session is: $75.00

Session Package Deals

2, 50 minute sessions per month: $145.00/$150.00 w/NFB

3, 50 minute sessions per month: $210.00/$215.00 w/NFB

4, 50 minute sessions per month: $250.00/$255.00 w/NFB

Length of each package is determined by the number of goals to be attained and the motivation of the client. A typical time frame is 90 days, but can be longer depending on client needs.

Packages of two or more sessions include two text or email messages per week in order to troubleshoot and maintain a positive mindset.

  • Full payment is due prior to each session.  

  • Credit cards will be processed through Zelle or a Simple Practice account.  

  • Cash payments will receive an email receipt.  

  • Checks may be made to Coaching For Empowerment or CFE. A $25.00 fee will be added to any returned checks.   

  • Additional discounts may be applied for paying for an entire package upfront.
